AIG has the capability and expertise to manage a project of any size in the most efficient, cost effective manner. We employ high quality key staff and draw upon wide resources that we can make available, even at short notice. Mr.Allam, President and Principal, began his career in the world-renowned architectural firm of Hugh Newell Jacobsen. In 1976 he came to Canada with Project Planning to collaborate with a major developer on 3 large international resort projects. Southern Pacific Properties was run at that time by Peter Munk and David Gilmor.

The first of these developments was located near the great Pyramids of Giza in Egypt. In addition to a large hotel complex, it entailed a 25,000 acre fishing area. Strict guidelines were required to maintain purity of the environment and the cultural setting of the pyramids. The urban part of the development was 3.5 km. away from the pyramids in an area carefully selected so as not to impact the view.
